EU Customers

Due to VAT changes as of 1st July 2021, I am no longer able to sell to the EU via my website.

Etsy automatically charge and process VAT which should eliminate any unexpected customs and VAT charges upon receiving your package.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Standard Domestic Shipping - £4

- 1st Class

- Free for UK orders over £80

International Shipping

Europe (Non-EU) - from £15

- International Tracked and Signed

- If both Tracked and Signed is not available (for example Norway) then parcels will be sent Tracked only.

Everywhere Else - from £20

- International Tracked and Signed

Processing Times

- I aim to process orders within a 5-day window. If this is not possible for whatever reason, you will be contacted and informed. This does not take into account shipping time once handed over to Royal Mail.

- This does not include Dyed-To-Order purchases, or any other Pre-Order purchases e.g. Advent Calendars. For these processing times, please see details within the listings.

Returns Policy

Here at The Camel's Yarn, there is nothing more important to us than making sure that you love your yarn and other purchases. If for whatever reason this is not the case, please do get in touch and we will do what we can to put this right. 

- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Goods must be in their original condition and fit for re-sale.

- Unfortunately, as a small business, we aren't currently able to cover the costs of return postage and it is therefore up to the customer to cover these costs.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy:

- Dyed-to-order yarns, and any pre-ordered items are not eligible for returns. These include Advent Calendars.

Customs and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Following Brexit, this now applies to any orders from Europe, as well as those from outside of the UK. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and The Camel's Yarn cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs that may arise once your package has left the UK. If you do not accept the package and the good are returned to myself, a refund will be issued up to the value of the goods, minus any fees charged to The Camel's Yarn.

Other Information

- Due to the on-going Covid-19 Pandemic, shipping times may vary from region-to-region. International postage may also take longer than usual. Once handed over to Royal Mail, I am not responsible for delays in shipping, but am thankful for your patience if delays do occur.

- Please make sure you have written your address correctly and clearly at the checkout. If I am provided with an incorrect address, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package. I cannot refund missing packages in this case unless they are eventually returned to myself and in their original condition.
