Politique d’expédition

I aim to process orders within 5 working days. If this is not possible for whatever reason, you will be contacted and informed. This does not take into account shipping time once handed over to Royal Mail.

This does not include Dyed-To-Order purchases, or any other Pre-Order purchases e.g. Advent Calendars. For these processing times, please see details within the listings.

Once handed over to Royal Mail, I am not responsible for delays in shipping, but am thankful for your patience if delays do occur.

Please make sure you have written your address correctly and clearly at the checkout. If I am provided with an incorrect address, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package. I cannot refund missing packages in this case unless they are eventually returned to myself and in their original condition.
